Why did the look or texture of the product change over time?

I use absolutely no preservatives or stabilizers. This means the product can change due to temperature or humidity. Leaving it in a steamy bathroom or not quickly retrieving your package from a hot or cold doorstep could alter the product.

How long will my product last?

I use absolutely no preservatives or stabilizers. Please do not hold onto the product for later use. Indulge immediately and use within 3 months.

I need a product you don't have listed. Do you take custom orders?

Email me! I keep a stocked apothecary and produce the products in small batches so I have flexibility to tailor something just for you!

What if I have allergies?

Please inquire before purchase so we can discuss directly. Some products do contain oils derived from nuts. Please reference ingredients lists. The products are produced in my home kitchen. I wash surfaces before making products, but we do cook with foods that are considered allergens in the same space at different times. We do have a dog and cat.

Are your products vegan?

The oils are vegan, but the salves and balms do contain beeswax.

Are your products gluten free?

No products contain ingredients that derive from gluten substances. Production is in my home kitchen which is largely gluten free (but not exclusively gluten free), so cross contamintion is possible.

Do you accept returns?

I'm not happy if you aren't happy with your purchase. Please reach out directly if there is something wrong with your items. I may ask for photos or to have the item shipped back to me so please don't throw it away! It will be the purchaser's responsibility to pay for shipment fees when an item gets returned.

How often do you ship?

Orders go out of Viroqua, WI on Tuesdays and Fridays.

What are your payment options?

At this time, I only accept payment through PayPal. If you would like to pay by check or would like to provide cash at a local pick-up, please send a message to discuss before placing your order.

Do you use essential oils?

Essential Oils can be a divisive topic.  I believe in and choose the middle ground.  I do not include them in most Mama Care products nor any Baby Care products as I want to ensure everyone feels safe using them.  However, I use Essential Oils judiciously in Self Care, Wellbeing and Facial Care products as I believe they are beneficial to the blends.  Please inquire if you have further questions!

 

Herbs work differently for different bodies.  Please patch test and discontinue use if irritation occurs. 

 

Flora's Feast products do not contain preservatives or stabilizers.  Products can vary from batch to batch.  A shift in environmental factors such as heat, cold or humidity could change the texture of the products.  Please use within 3 months.
