DIY Reed Diffusers

If you’re like me, you may have a million bottles stashed in your house that you have spared from recycling with the thought that you will reuse them. #bottlelady

I have a little idea for actually reusing the bottles you receive from Flora’s Feast: Reed Diffusors! A lovely and easy way to naturally freshen up your space.

TO MAKE

*Fill the clean glass bottle half way with Almond Oil

*Add 20-30 drops of Essential Oils

*Add reeds to the jar

Voila!

Notes:

Fractionated Coconut Oil can be used if you prefer a clear color.

Be sure to mix well when adding Essential Oils to your base oil.

After removing labels from the bottles, use this Goo Gone recipe from @nowastebaby to remove any sticky residue.

Mix olive oil with baking soda to form a thick paste. Let it sit on residue for at least 15 minutes. Scrub away with an abrasive scrubby.

Why stop here? I’ve asked some of my oily friends for Essential Oil blends, by drop count, to get you started.
